On the market now for $2.85 million, the property is located in a brick building a historic district of Music City. It boasts four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and 3,183 of living space, plus a 600 square foot rooftop deck with views of Nashville hot spots Nissan Stadium, Ascend Amphitheater, Printers Alley and more. 

The listing notes that there’s “nothing like it in the city” as it features two fireplaces, exposed brick, hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. 

A true chef’s dream, the kitchen includes granite countertops, bar seating, a gas cooktop and stainless steel appliances. 

The first level features a master bedroom and a second bedroom, while the second level is home to two bedrooms and office space with built-ins. 

According to Realtor.com, Bones originally purchased the downtown penthouse for $1.19 million in 2014.
