The American Idol alum opened up the doors of her home to People.com for an exclusive tour, showcasing various spaces around the home, including her living room, closet and more.
“I’m very proud of it,” the Georgia native told the publication. “I got it in February, and I’ve spent all of the quarantine getting it ready. That’s the only blessing I’ve had — I’ve been able to be home and get my house together, and I’m really, really proud of it.”

The 2,200-square-foot space includes nods to her music and family.
The centerpiece of her living room is a rug made from her family’s late cow. The unique piece was passed down to her from her stepfather Sam Ramker, who tragically died of cancer in 2018.
“My stepdad loved her, and when she passed away, he made a rug out of her, and then when he passed away, I inherited her, because I loved this rug. I was always obsessed with it, and he told my mom he wanted me to have it,” she explained. “It’s one of my favorite things in the whole house.”
Lauren Alaina’s new home also includes a corner for her awards and accolades and a large, colorful painting of Dolly Parton.
