Seven-time GRAMMY winner and country music superstar Carrie Underwood kicked off her much-anticipated Vegas residency, REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency, at the brand-new Resorts World Theatre on Wednesday (Dec. 1), dazzling fans with a career-spanning set list and mind-blowing production elements that brought her hits to life.

Underwood is the first artist to perform on the stage of the 5,000 seat world-class theatre, which is the largest and tallest in Las Vegas.

“It’s new and shiny, there’s so much technology,” the three-time ACM Entertainer of the Year shared in a behind-the-scenes clip.

She wasn’t kidding: the production elements incorporate spectacular special effects and state-of-the-art technology as well as dancers, aerialists and a virtual orchestra.

In true Carrie Underwood fashion – the show also featured several costume changes.

“There’s something glitzy and glamour-ey about women in country music,” she said. “We love our rhinestones, we love our wardrobe changes. We’ve been doing our own version of Vegas in Nashville for generations.”

Due to overwhelming demand, six additional shows have been added for May 2022. The new dates are:

  • May 2022: 11, 13, 14, 18, 20, 21

“It’s such a special honor to be the first artist to perform on this incredible stage in a brand new, beautiful, state-of-the-art theatre at such an exciting new destination as Resorts World Las Vegas. I’m so proud of this show and so happy to finally get to share it with the amazing audiences here in Las Vegas.”
