Stella Lefty Set to Fulfill Dream Of Making Grand Ole Opry Debut

Lefty announced she will take the iconic stage for the first time on September 2.

Stella Lefty is having a breakout year, and she’s about to add another major milestone to her growing list of accomplishments. The rising country artist has officially announced that she will make her Grand Ole Opry debut on September 2.

The rising star shared the exciting news with fans via social media in a post that included a photo of a young Stella Lefty holding an electric guitar and sitting behind a microphone, offering a glimpse at the aspiring artist she once was and the dreams she is now seeing come true.

In the caption she reflected on what the opportunity means to her and how surreal it feels to know that she will soon be stepping onto one of country music’s most iconic stages, where so many great acts have stood before her.

“it’s an absolute honor to announce that i’ll be playing the Opry September 2nd!! It’s truly a dream come to true to stand on the same stage as so many of my idols. Thank you @opry for having me!!!,” she began.

The singer also took a moment to thank the Opry and the fans who have supported her throughout her journey.

“I grew up listening to country music, it was the first genre that i fell in love with. Thank you to YOU ALL for letting me do what i love and embracing me as i am and thank you @opry for letting me sing for you! 🫶 See you soon!!,” she added.

There is a stacked lineup of performers that have already been announced on the same night Lefty makes her Opry debut, including Little Big Town, Lori McKenna and Ashley Monroe with more to be revealed soon.

The news arrives a few days after the Illinois native released her latest single, “Lean In Kiss Me”, offering another preview of her debut album Long Way Home, arriving on August 21. The single, chronicling a “friends to lovers” relationship arrives after garnering major attention online from fans.

Meanwhile, Lefty’s hit single “Boston” continues to soar, reaching the top 5 of Billboard’s ‘Hot 100’ chart, behind Taylor Swift and Ella Langley, and amassing over 330 million streams. The song has dominated the charts for the last 17 weeks, while gaining at both Country and Pop Radio too.

Lefty recently brought her music home to Chicago, where she made her debut at Lollapalooza and announced her upcoming project in front of over 12 thousand fans. In between delivering her growing catolog of fan-favorites, she welcomed her boyfriend star Vincent Mason to perform their track Something To Lose,” which remains in the Top 50 of the Billboard Hot 100 and Top 15 of Billboard Country Songs chart. 

This November Stella Lefty will celebrate her album release with headline tour spanning Australia and North America.
