Thomas Rhett has teamed up with the digitally native western brand, Tecovas, to launch a limited-edition product line.
This partnership is several years in the making, as it spawned in 2019, when Thomas Rhett and Tecovas’ founder Paul Hedrick first formed a relationship over boot-sizing advice. From there, the discussion evolved into the pair finding common ground on their passions for country music, boots, and great appreciation for Western culture.
As the brand’s first-ever celebrity collaboration since its founding in 2015, The Thomas Rhett Collection celebrates the multi-Platinum country artist’s personal sense of style throughout the designs. Not only does the partnership exemplify a shared devotion to supreme quality and honorable craftsmanship, but also the understanding that Tecovas was built for customers to have memorable experiences and make genuine connections.
“I remember when Tecovas first came on the scene and I saw some of my friends wearing the boots – I immediately wanted to know all about them,” Thomas Rhett shared in a statement. “Ever since I got my first pair, it’s been my dream to work with the brand. Getting to be their first artist collaborator and being involved in the design process from start to finish has been a blast for me. The collection is also named after my family members which has made it even more special to me!”
The Thomas Rhett Collection
While working with the brand, Rhett chose to incorporate six different pairs of cowboy boots, two hats and a signature T-shirt in this limited-edition product line. The Thomas Rhett Collection offers three men’s and three women’s boots, each of which are named after a member of his family:
- The Akins ($495): Named after Thomas Rhett’s namesake
- The Gregory ($295): Named after Thomas Rhett’s father-in-law
- The Lankford ($395): Named after Thomas Rhett’s stepfather
- The Macy ($395): Named after Lauren Akins’s younger sister
- The Kasey ($315): Named after Thomas Rhett’s sister
- The Lauren ($295): Named after Lauren Akins, Thomas Rhett’s wife
Tecvoas is known for its high-quality handmade products, and these cowboy boots follow the same standards. The footwear was inspired by vintage cowboy boot designs and leathers, refined to match Rhett’s casual yet classic personal aesthetic.
“We are thrilled to collaborate with Thomas Rhett on this collection, which perfectly embodies our mission to share the true spirit of the West with more people,” said Paul Hedrick, Founder of Tecovas. “TR has become a true friend of our brand, and it’s been amazing to see how TR lives his life by example — fostering a sense of community, giving a nod to his time-honored past, and by living life to the fullest. We believe this collaboration will ignite a deeper appreciation for western wear’s timelessness among our loyal customers and those new to the Tecovas brand.”
Starting Thursday, July 20, The Thomas Rhett Collection is available for purchase exclusively on the Tecovas website and in select Tecovas retail stores.
Home Team Tour 23
On top of lending his style to the new partnership, Thomas Rhett is also in the midst of his Home Team Tour 23.
Produced by Live Nation, Presented by Dos Primos Tequila and Fueled by Marathon, the 40-city trek kicked off on May 4 in Des Moines, IA at Wells Fargo Arena and continues through September 29, where the tour will wrap up at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN.
Cole Swindell and Nate Smith have been tapped to serve in support of this run.
“My road family, they are my family. You know, I say it on every stage all night, by band, my crew, my truck drivers, my bus drivers really are one big family unit. So anytime we bring other artists out, like this year, Cole and Nate Smith are out with us and we just invite everybody to just be a part of our family. This year has been extra special and extra fun,” Rhett said of his headlining trek.
Thomas Rhett’s next scheduled Home Team Tour date will take place on July 20 at Greensboro Coliseum Complex in Greensboro, NC.
