A 7-year-old boy from a small town outside of Athens, Georgia lived out a dream over the weekend when he joined Riley Green on stage during the country star’s sold-out show at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre in Alpharetta, Georgia. Their performance of “Jesus Saves” quickly captured the hearts of fans both at the venue and across social media.

The young fan, Logan, is, according to his mom, a “country boy” through and through. She says he wakes up singing every day and, when he’s not singing or playing guitar, he shares Riley Green’s love for the outdoors, including fishing, hunting, baseball, and riding his bike.

“He can blow any kind of duck call and can call a turkey up from anywhere,” she proudly shared.

So it came as no surprise that Logan is a big fan of Riley Green, known as “Duckman.”

On Saturday night, Riley spotted him in the front row and invited him onstage to sing his emotional, self-written tune “Jesus Saves.”

Standing confidently beside the country star, Logan didn’t appear nervous at all as he helped deliver the heart-wrenching track, which tells the powerful story of a man reflecting on a life filled with hardship, from growing up without a father, to losing his mother to cancer, and later being sent off to war at a young age. The veteran eventually returns home only to realize, “my whole world didn’t love me anymore.”

As the song continues, more heartbreaking details unfold, including the loss of his child, whom he named after his late brother. In the song, he explains that he wrote “Jesus Saves” on his sign “‘Cause there ain’t no way” he could fit his life story on a piece of cardboard.

The special moment between Riley and Logan was captured by fans in the crowd and quickly began circulating on TikTok, where viewers praised the young fan for holding his own alongside the country superstar.

“He’s always been the kid to light up any room he walks in, wherever he goes and he’s never met a stranger,” he mom explains.

The moment was especially meaningful given Logan and Riley’s history, as the pair had previously shared the stage together in 2025. His mom admits she was “shocked” that Riley invited him up once again.

“It seemed like a once in a lifetime moment so I think seeing your son experience something that special twice is really hard to put into words. The connection between Logan and Riley Was so genuine-and for Riley to recognize Logan and share another moment with him was just a dream for Logan.”

Logan has been singing Riley’s songs since he was three, with favorites including “I wish Grandpas Never Died” and “Jesus Saves.”

“Those two are just really good heartfelt songs that he sings deeply. You’ll see him close his eyes and really feel those two,” she explained.

Logan’s reaction to the moment was truly “priceless.” His mom said he wasn’t nervous at all, which came through clearly in videos from the performance.

“He was made for a stage. Him sharing that moment with someone he admires so much was unforgettable for him. You could see his dimples from a mile away,” she shared with a smile.

Logan’s mom said he looks up to the Alabama native not only as a performer, but also as a hunter and an all-around down-to-earth figure.

“Country music has always been a huge part of Logan’s life and Riley’s music has really inspired him..I don’t think there’s a single song he doesn’t know every word to. He came off the stage, beaming, asking how he did. He likes to consider Riley his ‘best friend,’ so I know he was in hog heaven up there with him….We are extremely thankful for the man and singer Riley is- moments like that remind us why we love country music and the people behind it. I think Logan sees now that no dream is ever too big! Who knows? Maybe they’ll share the stage again.. I don’t know a single person who wouldn’t love that!”
