Carrie Underwood sparkled in Music City with a dazzling performance on ABC’s CMA Summer Jam on Thursday evening.
The country superstar and Oklahoma native brought a pair of her fan-favorite hits to star-studded broadcast, once again proving she is a true country queen.

Co-written by Underwood alongside Hillary Lindsey and Luke Laird, “Last Name” appears on her second studio album, Carnival Ride. The song earned Underwood her third consecutive GRAMMY-award for Best Female Country Vocal Performance.
“Church Bells” was co-written Zach Crowell, Brett James and Hillary Lindsey and appears on her fifth studio album, Storyteller.
