Always one to push the envelope, Dustin Lynch recently debuted a visually stunning music video for his latest hit, “Ridin’ Roads.”
The alluring clip, which finds the hitmaker getting cozy with his dark-haired lover while driving down an empty highway, has a unique treatment.
“We decided to treat this video with textures and overlays – imposing images to add another dimension to the storyline while creating a new palette we’ll continue to paint from with new music coming soon,” Lynch shares of the video, which was directed by Mason Dixon and filmed in the Florida Everglades.
The music video made its debut in a big way, premiering on Viacom’s billboards in the heart of Times Square.
“Ridin’ Roads” was co-written by Lynch along with Ashley Gorley and Zach Crowell. The track, which blends country lyrics with a bit of R&B, is the lead release from the singer’s recently released Ridin’ Roads EP.
With three top five albums and six chart-topping singles to his name, Lynch will spend the next few months on one of this summer’s hottest tours, Thomas Rhett’s Very Hot Summer Tour.
