Keith Urban singing a Luke Combs song is exactly what we needed to hear on this Monday.
The superstar took to Instagram to share a clip of himself covering Combs’ massive No.1 hit, “Even Though I’m Leaving.” In the video, Urban belts out the chorus of the chart-topping song while seated on a chair near a window. As the sun shines in on him, Urban delivers a flawless rendition of the song.
“Hey Luke…. how much do ya MISS TOURING ?!!!,” Urban captioned the post.
Within minutes Combs responded, writing, “Holy shit that sounds great buddy and I miss it A. LOT.”
The pair’s exchange has some fans wondering if the two superstars have something up their sleeves. Earlier this year, Urban was the first artist to test the drive-in concert concept and hinted that there may be more drive-in shows on the horizon. Could they be up to something?
Urban and Combs previously collaborated when Urban surprised the sold-out crowd at Combs’ Nashville concert in December, joining forces to sing “Hurricane.” Earlier this year, Combs joined Urban at his annual All for the Hall benefit concert.
