Walker Hayes and his daughter Lela just recreated their viral “Fancy Like” dance video in celebration of a huge milestone.
The father/daughter duo returned to Hayes’ front porch to once again show off their “Fancy Like” dance moves, recreating the video that started it all for Hayes last summer.
“In honor of 737,000,000,000 views and Country Stuff the Album dropping 💪💪💪💪 let’s goooooo,” he captioned the post.

The original video was created one Sunday afternoon in June of 2021 and shot within two takes on their front porch. When their dance was complete, the clip was shared on Hayes‘ TikTok and Instagram and within hours, the video amassed millions of views. This served as the launching pad for the incredible success of “Fancy Like.”
“Something must’ve happened. It must’ve tapped that TikTok algorithm,” Hayes previously shared with Country Now. “It’s really just what you dream of as an artist. The beautiful thing about being a creative person is you literally wake up every day and you’re like, ‘Maybe this is the day.’ It just so happens this was it.”
The song went on to top every sales and streaming chart since its release, spending a collective six months and counting at the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs. The song was featured in a national Applebee’s ad campaign and hit the Top 5 on Billboard’s Hot 100 Songs.

The new video comes just hours ahead of the release of Hayes’ much-anticipated Country Stuff The Album.
The project features 13 tracks, including “Fancy Like” and previously released tracks like “Drinking Songs,” “U Gurl,” and Hayes’ current single, “AA.”
“Country Stuff The Album is finally here, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it,” says Hayes. “Every song on this album is a piece of who I am. I’m grateful I get to put out music that is 100% me, and that really is about my life. I hope people can relate in some way.”
The singer/songwriter will celebrate the release with the launch of his Fancy Like Tour, kicking off on January 27.
