Willie Nelson performed a tribute to his home state of Texas on Sunday evening during the We’re Texas fundraiser, which was organized by Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves McConaughey.

The legendary country singer performed “Beautiful Texas” alongside his sister, Bobbie Lee, during the livestreamed event. The Country Music Hall of Fame member was born in Abbott, Texas in 1933 and resides in the Lone Star State to this day.

“Beautiful Texas” is included on Nelson‘s 1968 album, Texas in My Soul. The album was a concept project that paid tribute to the state of Texas.

Nelson’s performance can be viewed in the clip below.

We’re Texas also featured performances by Texas natives Charlie Sexton, Clint Black, Gary Clark Jr., George Strait, Kacey Musgraves, Kelly Clarkson, Khalid, Kirk Franklin, Leon Bridges, Don Henley, Los Lonely Boys, Lukas Nelson, Lyle Lovett, Miranda Lambert, Parker McCollum, Post Malone, Randy Rogers and more.

In addition to the star-studded list of performers, the benefit concert also included special appearances by Angie Harmon, Chip & Joanna Gaines, Clayton Kershaw, Colt McCoy, Dak Prescott, Dr. Phil McGraw, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Garner, Joe Rogan, the Jonas Brothers, Jordan Spieth, Liza Koshy, Megan Thee Stallion, Michael Strahan, Renee Zellweger, Selena Gomez, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Troy Aikman and Woody Harrelson.

Proceeds from the concert will be distributed by the Just Keep Livin’ Foundation‘s Texas Relief Fund to several non-profit organizations including Austin Disaster Relief Network, Meals on Wheels Central Texas, Salvation Army of Texas, Save the Children, Bernard Project (SBP), Team Rubicon and many more. The funds will be distributed to help Texans affected by the recent winter storm which knocked out power to millions of homes and busted water pipes, leaving numerous residents without clean water.

Organized by Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves McConaughey, the Texas benefit concert aired on Sunday, March 21 at 8:00 p.m. ET on McConaughey’s YouTube channel.

Those interested in donating to the fundraising efforts can text 20222 to give $10.00.
