Carrie Underwood is gearing up for the release of her first book and she’s finally revealed more details about the project, including the book’s cover and release date.
FIND YOUR PATH: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life will arrive Tuesday, March 3, 2020. The book will introduce fans to the superstar’s Fit52 program and detail her personal health and fitness journey. The Oklahoma native will also open up about navigating the “pressure to look perfect” and “fit the mold” after winning American Idol and in the beginning stages of her country music career.
“I want to be healthy and fit 52 weeks of the year, but that doesn’t mean I have to be perfect every day,” Underwood shares on her website. “This philosophy is a year-round common-sense approach to health and fitness that involves doing your best most of the time—and by that I don’t mean being naughty for three days and good for four. I mean doing your absolute best most of the time during every week, 52 weeks of the year.”
The “Drinking Alone” singer also unveiled the cover of the book, which features a photo of Underwood surrounded by lush greenery wearing a flowy pink and cream-colored dress.
“Fitness and healthy living have been a passion of mine for years,” the mom of two previously shared with People. “It took time to find my way and navigate my wellness journey, and this book will provide tips and tools to help the reader find what is practical and sustainable in his or her everyday life for all 52 weeks of the year, and help lead them toward a positive lifestyle.”
FIND YOUR PATH: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life is available to pre-order now.
