Craig Morgan, 62, proved that age is truly just a number during his recent performance at Neon Nights in Ohio when he took his high-energy stage antics to new heights on Saturday, August 15.

In videos shared by concertgoers, the country hitmaker could be seen climbing the stage truss, making his way several feet into the air while continuing to perform his 2007 hit, “International Harvester.” Showing no signs of slowing down, Morgan appeared completely unfazed as he climbed higher and higher, much to the surprise of the crowd below.

And just when fans thought he had reached his stopping point, Morgan went even higher.

The unexpected moment quickly made its way to TikTok, where multiple videos captured the singer-songwriter’s impressive (and slightly nerve-wracking!) climb from different angles. While fans were entertained by Morgan’s fearless antics, several admitted they were a little concerned watching him scale the stage.

“It made me so nervous,” one fan admitted.

Others couldn’t help but imagine what was going through the minds of Morgan’s crew and security team as he continued his climb.

“You know this had his team SWEATING,” one person joked.

“His security team must pull their hair out with him,” another added.

Someone else summed up the moment perfectly, writing, “Just a country boy doing country boy things.”

Craig Morgan, a singer, author, actor, and soldier, continues to tour on a regular basis, performing hits like “Redneck Yacht Club,” “Almost Home,” “That’s What I Love About Sunday,” and more.

Having previously served in the Army and Army Reserve, Morgan has long been committed to supporting the military and giving back to veterans. That commitment will continue this November when the Grand Ole Opry member hosts Craig Morgan’s Veterans Day 5K, supported by Humana, on the morning of November 7 at the Grand Ole Opry House, ahead of his headlining performance at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium that evening. Registration is currently open at veteransday5k.com, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Opry Trust Fund, Operation Finally Home, the USO and the Dickson County Craig Morgan Foundation.

“We celebrate Veterans Day each year to honor the men and women who have served our great nation in our US military. I am inviting you to join me on November 7 to run, honor and remember our Veterans during this first-ever race and give back to those who have already given us so much,” he previously shared.
