Florida Georgia Line recently released a music video for their latest single, “Blessings,” and the feel-good clip highlights Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley’s respective families.

Justin Clough directed the music video, which was shot along the Florida coast, in Nashville and at Arizona’s Lost Dutchman State Park on the duo’s sold-out 2019 Can’t Say I Ain’t Country Tour.

Featuring footage of Hubbard with his wife, Haley, and their children, Olivia and Luca, as well as clips of Kelley with his wife, Brittney, and his parents, the music video showcases the many “Blessings” in the duo’s life.

The sentimental song is the third single from Florida Georgia Line’s Can’t Say I Ain’t Country album. Written by FGL‘s Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley along with Tom Douglas, Jesse Frasure, Jordan Schmidt and Ernest K. Smith, “Blessings” is a touching tribute to Hubbard and Kelley’s wives and families.

Although the lyrics are very personal to the duo, they are extremely relatable and remind listeners to be grateful for everything they have in life. Much like their earlier smash hit “H.O.L.Y.,” “Blessings” is likely to resonate with fans far and wide.

“Who knows where I’d be without you? No, I just couldn’t be without you/ I’ll just say ‘Amen’/ I can’t count ’em on one hand / But honey look there on your finger / I’d say I’m a lucky man / God made two lovers out of strangers / A little house on a little land / A little creek, a little Jeep / Same old moon everybody sees / It sure ain’t hard to count your blessings,” they sing in the chorus.

Though the song was just released as a single earlier this year, it was written more than three years ago.

“That song was started in January 2016 in St. John island, at this house. Me and some buddies and my wife and some friends we were there for about five weeks and kind of got the chorus going,” Kelley previously shared. “And then we got back to Nashville in February and gave Tom [Douglas] a call, had him over to the treehouse with us, and got to work on finishing the song.”

Hubbard and Kelley stumbled back upon the sweet ballad while searching for songs for their latest project. Including the track on the album was a no-brainer as the message of having an “attitude of gratitude,” as Kelley puts it, is something they chose to embrace.

“You know always count your blessings, always be thankful, even to wake up. No matter how bad your day is, no matter whatever happens, you got to wake up that day and that’s the big deal. We’re super thankful for all the blessings – our families and the fact that we get to create for a living and touch a lot of people’s lives and provide jobs, and just feel extremely fulfilled. So it’s just a good reminder, always count your blessings.”
