Kelly Clarkson transported viewers of The Kelly Clarkson Show to a honky tonk with her latest Kellyoke cover of Joe Diffie’s “Prop Me Up Beside the Jukebox (If I Die).”

The superstar showcased her Texas twang throughout the classic country song and delivered a cover that the late Joe Diffie would surely approve of.

Released in 1993, “Prop Me Up Beside the Jukebox (If I Die)” was the second single from Diffie’s Honky Tonk Attitude album. It peaked at No.3 at country radio and is one of his signature hits. Diffie passed away in 2020 at the age of 61.
