It’s official – Lainey Wilson is opening a bar in downtown Nashville. The reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year and TC Restaurant Group announced the upcoming opening of Bell Bottoms Up early Tuesday (May 6) after rumblings of the bar surfaced on social media the day before.
Bell Bottoms Up will open its doors this summer and will feature 27,000 square feet of space. There will be four bars, two stages, and a mezzanine floor that overlooks the main stage and dining area.
Wilson’s signature flair will be seen throughout the venue, with a rooftop featuring a ‘70s western vibe, including a dance floor, disco-inspired decor, and frozen drinks. Her Louisiana roots will shine throughout the space as well, including in a basement-level space that will transport guests to the Bayou with craft cocktails, “immersive” decor, and live music.
The menu will serve up Cajun-inspired bites, including entrees and bar food that honor the GRAMMY winner’s Louisiana heritage. Fand can enjoy her favorite salsa, Cajun Cajun-influenced foods such as crawfish, shrimp boils, and boudin, plus a specialty cocktail menu with “cowgirl favorites.” The menu was crafted by Wilson alongside TCRG’s Vice President of Culinary Development, Chef Tomasz Wosiak.
Wilson shared her excitement about the venue stating, “I’m so excited to announce Bell Bottoms Up, which will be opening later this Summer. I’ve always wanted to create a destination for all my fans to visit and create new memories at, in the heart of Country Music City. So, to have a permanent destination in Nashville, is such a dream come true. I can’t wait for all my Wild Horses to get to experience my home away from home.”
TC Restaurant Group, who also manages Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa, Luke’s 32 Bridge, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, as well as the soon-to-be-opening Morgan Wallen’s This Bar, expressed its enthusiasm over the opportunity to work with Wilson.

“We are honored that Lainey has trusted us to deliver a venue that is faithful to her story, fans, and love for country music,” Grant Burlingame, VP of Operations at TC Restaurant Group, shared. “Fans gravitate to Lainey because of her authentic, down-to-earth personality, and Bell Bottoms Up will be a representation of her character and legacy. Lainey Wilson is one of the biggest names in country music, and we’re proud to partner with her on a venue that celebrates her genuine mark on the industry and brings another female artist to the forefront of Nashville’s Entertainment District.”
Bell Bottoms Up will occupy the space at 120 3rd Avenue South, which is the previous home of Florida Georgia Line’s FGL House. The news comes after FGL House abruptly closed its doors over the weekend, prompting Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard of the former duo to share a joint statement regarding the closure.
“We love being one of the first to have a bar downtown but all great things eventually come to an end,” their statement began. “FGL House has closed to make way for a new unrelated venture. Hope y’all made some fun memories there – we sure did!”

Wilson joins an array of artists with bars in downtown Nashville, including Alan Jackson (AJ’s Good Time Bar), Blake Shelton (Ole Red), Dierks Bentley (Whiskey Row), Eric Church (Chief’s), Garth Brooks (Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky Tonk Hank), Hank Williams Jr. (Hank Williams Jr.’s Boogie Bar), Jason Aldean (Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar), John Rich (Redneck Riviera Bar & BBQ), Kid Rock (Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse), Luke Bryan (Luke’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink), and Miranda Lambert (Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa).
Additionally, Morgan Wallen will open This Bar on Memorial Day weekend and Luke Combs is set to open Category 10 this summer.
