In the past few years, Lauren Alaina has become Nashville’s go-to duet partner, collaborating on songs with artists such as Kane Brown, Chris Young, Dustin Lynch and more.

It all began in 2016 when the former American Idol contestant joined her longtime friend Kane Brown for the massive hit, “What Ifs.” Since then, she’s been a featured artist on a slew of songs and the Georgia native says she loves it.

“It’s so much fun! Every duet I have done, I feel like, is completely different,” Alaina recently told The Boot. “Which is really fun for me, because I get to explore different territory that I might not have personally gotten into.”

The duets Alaina has recorded showcase a variety of sounds, proving the songstress’ musical diversity. And for her, getting a call to be featured on a song means the world.

“But I’m just so flattered that when Jon Pardi, Dustin, Rascal Flatts, Kane — when they had all these songs and listened to them, they thought of me,” she continued. “That’s the best part about any of it, the compliment of the person thinking of you. I love to do them.”

From “What Ifs” to “One Beer” to “Don’t Blame It On Whiskey,” here’s a look back at the collaborations featuring Lauren Alaina…
