Country superstar Miranda Lambert will give fans another taste of new music from her much-anticipated new album with the release of a new song called “Mess With My Head” this Friday.
The two-time Grammy winner teased the song on Instagram with a post that was simply captioned, “Friday.” The video clip features music, but no lyrics, as well as the text “Mess With My Head. Friday.”
The track follows the previous release of her brand new single, “It All Comes Out In The Wash,” as well as the track “Locomotive.”
These songs mark fans’ first taste of new music from Lambert since her 2016 double album, The Weight of These Wings. For her new project, Lambert teamed up with producer Jay Joyce in an effort to “go in a different direction” on this album.
While no release date for the record has been set, Lambert previously shared that she hopes to release a new album this fall.
Next month, the Texas native will launch her much-anticipated all-female Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour 2019.
