Muscadine Bloodline reveals they are “feeling blessed” after their first weekend opening for hitmaker, Post Malone, on his F-1 Trillion Tour.

In a new post to X (formerly Twitter), the rising duo, made up of Gary Stanton and Charlie Muncaster, gushed over all the fun they had taking the stage for their first of two nights in Salt Lake City, UT. They also made sure to mention that both Malone and his crew exhibited warm hospitality all weekend long.

“Y’all night one of the @PostMalone tour was a dream come true. Post is 💯 one of the nicest dudes we have ever met. His band is killler as well.”

They continued, “Feels good to know how genuine he is and welcoming his entire crew is to these boys from Alabama. 🍻 will try to keep yall updated. Also the boy @danspencermetal and his band absolutely rips. Just incredible folks all around. Feeling blessed. 🥲”

Muscadine Bloodline will continue on the road with the “I Had Some Help” singer through the entire length of the tour, which wraps up with back-to-back shows in Austin, TX on Saturday, Oct. 26 and Sunday, Oct. 27.

Postponed Several Dates Of The Coastal Plain Tour

In order to be able to go on this milestone run and perform in stadiums they have always dreamed of performing in, the singers had to make the tough decision to suspend a portion of their own headline tour, dubbed The Coastal Plain Tour, in support of their new record of the same name.

The duo was able to perform their opening weekend in Tulsa, OK and Bethany, MO on August 30-31, however, just two days before they were set to continue the run on Sept. 6, they took to Instagram to share some good and bad news with fans.

“So there was something that was sprung on us, a little bit of a curve ball, but Post Malone has just offered us a direct support slot on his F-1 trillion tour,” Charlie shared before Gary added, “We’re talking Nissan Stadium, Fenway Park, arenas and amphitheaters across the country. “

“So we’re really excited,” Charlie continued. “We’ve never dreamed of an opportunity like this. We could have never dreamed of one, to not only tour with Post Malone, but one of the biggest artists in the world.”

With all this excitement also came a difficult update that revealed they have made the decision to suspend the September and October leg of The Coastal Plain Tour.

“I know it’s short notice and we don’t want to let anybody down, especially Iowa and Minnesota this weekend, but this is just the opportunity that we got to do,” Gary explained. “I think it’s going to be one of those things that Charlie and I going to remember for the rest of our life and our grandkids will probably be talking about this.”

Any fans who had already purchased their tickets for the dates that will no longer be taking place this fall should have already received an email informing them of the next steps. Plus, the duo made the promise to make these missed cities “a very big priority” when they embark on their next tour. The two November dates of the trek will continue as originally planned.

Muscadine Bloodline ended their message by asking fans to help them celebrate this milestone news as they are “over the moon about it,” but also requested some “grace” and “understanding” for the postponed dates.

“It’s tough. We did not want to do it, but we’ve always strived to make Muscadine Bloodline feel like a family and have you guys always be a part of it. And you guys have afforded us this huge opportunity that we are going to get to relish in, and it proves that independent artistry is on the rise and anything is possible,” said Charlie.

The duo’s The Coastal Plain album is out now.
