Lindsay Ell recently began the exciting next chapter of her career with the release of “I Don’t Love You,” a heart-wrenching breakup ballad that features some of her best vocal work to date.
Co-written by Adam Hambrick, Melissa Fuller and Neil Medley, the heartbreaking tune finds the singer sharing details about life after a breakup. The emotional lyrics find Ell explaining how she doesn’t want to do things she used to do “’cause they’re not as good without someone to share them with.”
And although she doesn’t love her ex anymore, she admits she still misses him “sometimes.”
To celebrate the recent release of the song and what’s to come on her much-anticipated (& yet-to-be-announced sophomore album, Ell completed the Country Now Pop Quiz, where she revealed a few fun facts about herself.
Check it out above and be sure to listen to “I Don’t Love You,” which is available to stream and download now.
