Bobby Bones’ massive Nashville, TN estate is officially on the market. 

The host of the syndicated The Bobby Bones Show is selling his enormous six-bedroom, 8.5-bath home for $8,750,000. When Bones originally purchased the more-than-14,800-square-foot compound three years ago, he nabbed it for $3.7 million. According to Relator.com, the prime property has now been listed for $9,250,000 since the beginning of September.

Sitting on five acres, the compound is comprised of three buildings with the main home, a renovated barn, and a guest house that doubles as the pool house. The entire property is secured by ample privacy as it is fully fenced in and includes three gated entrances with a surveillance system also in place.

Bobby Bones is next slated to bring his comedy run to Nashville, TN at the CMA Theater on October 7. The run will continue with three more shows before coming to a close on November 17 in Louisville, KY.
