Bobby Bones’ massive Nashville, TN estate is officially on the market.
The host of the syndicated The Bobby Bones Show is selling his enormous six-bedroom, 8.5-bath home for $8,750,000. When Bones originally purchased the more-than-14,800-square-foot compound three years ago, he nabbed it for $3.7 million. According to Relator.com, the prime property has now been listed for $9,250,000 since the beginning of September.
Sitting on five acres, the compound is comprised of three buildings with the main home, a renovated barn, and a guest house that doubles as the pool house. The entire property is secured by ample privacy as it is fully fenced in and includes three gated entrances with a surveillance system also in place.
The main residence features elegant black roofing and tan brick siding to coincide with the modern interior design spread across the open floor plan that is mostly on one level. The inside of the home contains finished wood and tile flooring among the four bedrooms, a stunning home theater, a chef’s kitchen, and a home gym alongside the heated 6-car garage.
For the convenience and comfort of visiting friends and family, Bones offers a space in the pool house with two en suite bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen, a sauna, and a generator. The renovated barn acts as its own rustic yet quaint space with its wood-paneled ceilings and fur accents.
Once in the backyard, those on the property are greeted with a zero-entry, lagoon-style gunite pool, hot tub, and lounge area all of which are a short distance away from the full sports court. Plus, the pool is located just beside an indoor bar that is easily accessible through a set of garage-style doors.
To top it all off, the entire property, where Bones resides with his wife, Caitlin Parker Estell, is surrounded by a lush array of greenery, which also acts as an extra layer of privacy from surrounding homes.
