Amidst his ongoing battle with stomach cancer, country superstar Toby Keith remains optimistic about his return to the road.

Keith hopes to get back on stage later this year.

Keith, 61, is currently undergoing chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

The event, now in its 19th year, has raised nearly $18 million for OK Kids Korral.

“…I happened to be standing at the door ready to pick up the pieces,” the singer shared.

To date, the event has raised more than $15 million for OK Kids Korral.
