With Valentine’s Day around the corner, Carrie Underwood is revealing the key to her heart on February 14 (or any day!): chocolate.

“Chocolate’s every woman’s friend – in their time of need or in their time of happiness or in their time of sadness or madness, chocolate is my friend,” she recently shared during an interview with her record label.

While any kind of chocolate will do, Underwood does have a few favorites.

“Anything with caramel in it, ooooooooh,” she gushed. “White chocolate’s good too. You can’t beat some good white chocolate.”

Shortly after Valentine’s Day, Underwood will release her long-awaited book,  FIND YOUR PATH: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life. Arriving Tuesday, March 3, the book will introduce fans to the superstar’s Fit52 program and detail her personal health and fitness journey.

“I want to be healthy and fit 52 weeks of the year, but that doesn’t mean I have to be perfect every day,” she previously shared. “This philosophy is a year-round common-sense approach to health and fitness that involves doing your best most of the time—and by that I don’t mean being naughty for three days and good for four. I mean doing your absolute best most of the time during every week, 52 weeks of the year.”

Carrie Underwood’s book is available for pre-order now.
