In late May, Miranda Lambert introduced her chickens to fans in a pair of Tik Tok videos from her Tennessee farm, just outside of Nashville.
Several country artists, an actress and also two pop stars, came to Lambert’s mind when choosing punny names for the fourteen chickens in “Coop DeVille” including Tanya Tucker, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira and Martina McBride to name a few.
The first Tik Tok video opens with Lambert saying “Hi guys, what are you doing in your new house?” as the camera pans to the bright blue chicken coop with over a dozen chickens inside. Lambert shows the group of chickens who she named Donna Henley, Betty Cocker, Marhen Morris, Pearl Haggard, Willie Nelshen, Chick Jagger, Tanya Clucker and Martina McFried in the first clip.

Lambert has been staying very active on her Tik Tok with other videos including her shirtless husband doing chores around the house, one-of-a-kind performances from her porch and travel videos of her and her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, a former NYPD officer.
However, After spending several weeks at their farm, The couple decided to buy an airstream that Lambert named “The Sherriff” to travel all over the country in.
Lambert was recently forced to reschedule the remaining dates of her Wildcard Tour due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, she has been laying low at home with McLoughlin keeping busy with projects around the house, gardening, cooking and “just being together quietly.”
