Miranda Lambert has a new single on the way and she gave fans a preview “It All Comes Out In The Wash” on Thursday in her latest Glam Jam session.
In the clip shared on social media, the superstar, her longtime stylist and her glam team are shown lip-syncing the lyrics to Lambert’s new single, “It All Comes Out In The Wash.”
Fans only get to hear a short clip of the tune, but it’s enough to get them even more excited for the July 18 release of the song.
“It’ll all come out / All come out in the wash / It’ll all come out / All come out in the wash,” Lambert sings throughout the chorus in the clip.
In the post, Lambert also revealed that she co-wrote the song alongside the songwriting team known as “The Love Junkies,” which is comprised of award-winning writers Hillary Lindsey, Lori McKenna and Liz Rose.
“It All Comes Out In The Wash” is fans’ first taste of new music from Lambert since her 2016 double album, The Weight of These Wings.
The Texas native previously opened up about her new music, telling Rolling Stone that she has plans to changes things up a bit this time around. One of the biggest changes Lambert underwent with her new album is working with a new producer. The newlywed said she developed “some new chemistry” with producer Jay Joyce, who has worked with a number of artists in Nashville, including Eric Church and Little Big Town.
“It was a change, but I wanted to go in a different direction for this one than I have in the past because I feel like I was in a new place,” she confessed, adding, “Sometimes you have to change it up.”
On top of releasing new music, Lambert is gearing up to launch her all-female Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour 2019, kicking off September 13.
