Miranda Lambert’s summer road trip adventure is coming to an end after a stop in Montana.
On Tuesday afternoon (July 19), the country superstar shared photos from the final stop of her journey with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, bandmate and friend, Gwen Sebastian, and her husband Louis Newman.
“Meet me in Montana forever 💛🏔,” she wrote. Thanks to Gwennie’s family for the great hang and high note to end on. 💖 What an amazing trip. ( thanks to @jed_i_night for planning the adventures of The Sherriff & Toodle Lou) Best summer ever ☀️🚎”
The post included snapshots of Lambert and McLoughlin’s latest adventures, including another whitewater rafting trip.
McLoughlin also documented their time in the “Big Sky Country.”
“The rivers were cold and the views were pristine. Montana was everything I expected and more. Till next time ⛰⛰,” he wrote.
Lambert’s latest post comes just days after an update from Jackson, Wyoming.
“The Grand Tetons stole my 💙🏔.,” she shared on Saturday. “Until next time Jackson WY😍.”
The “If I Was A Cowboy” singer’s post included several snapshots from their visit, including group photos, a snapshot of herself and McLoughlin on what appears to be a picnic, a photo of their group white water rafting, pics inside a local bar, and a sweet snap with a young boy at a roadside lemonade stand.
McLoughlin also shared a post following their stop in Jackson, revealing he “totally ate it on one of the downhills” but said his injuries were “totally worth it.” He also shared a snapshot of his scared arm on the third slide.
The couple’s visit to Montana comes after their stop in Strawberry Bay, Utah where they enjoyed some fun in the sun and a boating excursion.
Their “20-day run of adventures out west” kicked off in early July in Colorado.
Lambert shared images from the first adventure of their 20-day journey across the West Coast on July 5.
“Time off touring means it’s time to hit the dusty trail! There is no better way to spend summer than glamping with your best pals. @gwensebastian and @jed_i_night with their camper named ‘Toodle Lou’ and me and @brendanjmcloughlin with our @airstream_inc Globetrotter we call ‘The Sheriff,’” Lambert captioned the series of photos.
Lambert continued, “We’re out on a 20-day run of adventures out west. We kicked it off in beautiful Colorado. Stay tuned for more tales from the road. Happy trails y’all! #homeiswhereyouroam #Tourist”
Sebastian dubbed the trip the “Best vacation EVER.”
The friends later visited the scenic city of Moab in eastern Utah.
In early June, Miranda Lambert shared details about the July camping trip with People, revealing plans to visit Colorado, Utah, Montana and Wyoming on the 20-day trek.
“Everyone’s like, ‘So you’re gonna get right off the bus and right into a camper,” she said. “But, it’s such a different way of seeing the world. It’s through a windshield, but it’s with freedom versus pulling into a parking lot where I wait all day, play a show, then roll the next town. This is like a way to actually see things. I always say I’ve been everywhere and seen nothing, which is kind of part of what I do. Gwen always says, ‘What we do is a hard lifestyle. So while all our knees and elbows work, we’re gonna go do some fun stuff.’”
This fall, Miranda Lambert will launch her much-anticipated Las Vegas residency, Velvet Rodeo.
Kicking off on September 23, 2022, the residency will take place at the 7,000-seat Zappos Theater inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, the centerpiece of the famed Las Vegas Strip.
