When he rang in the new year, actor Leslie Jordan had no idea he would become one of the internet’s most beloved stars in 2020. But, a few weeks into the coronavirus pandemic, Jordan discovered Instagram and took to the popular social media platform to share candid videos of himself at home. His feed quickly caught the attention of millions of people around the world and within a few months, his Instagram following grew to over 5 million.

On Wednesday (Aug. 12), Jordan took his antics to the streets of East Hampton, dancing to Blanco Brown’s “The Git Up.” The video raked in thousands of views and comments within jus three hours.

“‘The Git Up’ on the streets of East Hampton. No shame in my game. 90 degrees and dancin’ in the streets,” Jordan captioned the clip.

Brown, who went viral with the hip hop-infused country hit, has yet to comment on Jordan’s dancing, but we have a feeling he would approve.
