Brett Young is ready to unveil his new music with the release of a brand new, eight-track project, Weekends Look a Little Different These Days.
Out June 4, the collection includes eight tracks all co-written by Young. The set of tunes explores “love, family, loss and everything in between” just as Young prepares to become a father of two.
“It’s hard to describe just how ready I am to finally get to share this new project with everyone,” Young shared in a statement. “With so many special moments over the last year-and-a-half and creative jolts translating to writing so many different songs, it was important for me to pick the right ones to reflect where I am right now. I’m grateful and can’t wait to share everything we have planned!”
Produced by Dann Huff, Weekends Look a Little Different These Days is described as the superstar’s “most sonically versatile project to date.” It includes his chart-topping hit “Lady,” the groovy “You Got Away With It” and his new single, “Not Yet.”

Co-written by Young alongside Kelly Archer and Justin Ebach, “Not Yet” details the story of young lovers who aren’t ready to say goodbye as the night is coming to a close. Click above to listen.
Young recently shared plans for his inaugural “Caliville Weekend” in Palm Springs September 3-6, 2021. The resort takeover will feature performances by Chase Rice, Maddie & Tae, Devin Dawson, Seaforth, Filmore, Keaton Simons, Noah Needleman, Matt Ferranti, DJ Hish & DJ Coral and a wide range of actives including pool parties, BBQs, golfing and more.
